Packing More Value into your holiday
Kumuka offers inclusive adventure tours, with no 'hidden extras'. Your tour price includes all accommodation and transport, entrance fees, and all activities and many meals as specified. Major excursions such as the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Yellowstone National Park, Monument Valley, Yosemite National Park, Redwoods State Parks, Mt. St. Helens, Banff National Park, Jasper and Yoho, Vancouver Island, Kluane and Denali National Parks are all included, meaning that Kumuka tours throughout North America are inclusive and offer great value for money.

Just Your Kind of Transport
Kumuka uses comfortable passenger vehicles giving full control of when and where you go, as well as access to more remote, less visited areas. The minibuses are air-conditioned unless travelling in cooler areas or at altitude.

Just Your Kind of Accommodation
On North American tours, you will stay in a selection of hotels, lodges, log cabins and campsites that enrich your stay. The accommodation is carefully selected for it's quality, central location, friendly and efficient service.

Lodges/Log Cabins
In more remote areas you will stay in historic lodges, mountain lodges and log cabins, chosen for their unique location and ambiance. They are all very comfortable, and tranquil, and add an extra dimension to tours.

Camping
Some tours involve camping. Full camping equipment is provided, with the exception of sleeping bags. Camping is usually in established campsites with full facilities such as hot showers. However, a few tours in Canada and Alaska include camping in the wilderness where there are no facilities except the Great Outdoors!

The majority of Kamuka guides in North America are locals - born and bred in the area. As professionals, they have a wealth of knowledge and experience, which not only means that you are in the best possible hands but also enables you to enrich your experience by learning about the history, geography and culture. They share their local and insider knowledge with you taking you to areas that you might not have encountered had you travelled independently, and they also make sure your tour runs smoothly. Where required, specialist guides give you additional information about major sights, national parks and attractions.

Is there an age limit?
Kumuka group tours require a minimum age of 18, with a recommended upper age limit of 65 (upper age of 45 on USA camping tours). The North America tours are generally within an average healthy person's capability. A few of the tours involve hiking and canoeing so some degree of fitness is required.

I am travelling alone. Is this ok?
Absolutely fine. Most groups consist of solo travellers so you will be in excellent company. With regard to sharing accommodation, you will be matched with someone of the same gender. Your own private accommodation can be arranged at an extra cost.
