Lifetime Deposits
Our Lifetime Deposit policy is designed to protect you from unexpected or unpredictable events that may cause your trip to be cancelled or delayed. If you need to cancel for any reason, your initial deposit is good for life and will remain securely on file until you’re ready to use it. And because your deposit is completely transferable, you can easily pass it on to anyone of your choosing. Of course, you’re welcome to donate it to our non-profit Planeterra Foundation—and in recognition of your generosity, we’ll match your contribution.

24/7 service
As a global adventure travel company, we realize that questions can come up anywhere—and at any time. Our commitment to exceptional service means that our Chief Experience Officers are on standby—24/7.

Transport
From tuk tuk and rickshaw to public bus, train and even camel, we’re all about variety. Sometimes local transport is the best and most colourful way to go. But, depending on your choice of destination, service level and trip style, we provide alternative ways of getting around, too.

Small groups
A big part of the experience is our small international groups. It’s these people that make travelling with us rewarding and exciting! On average there are about 10 travellers on one of our trips, depending on the destination—the maximum is usually never more than 16.

No Single Supplements
We believe single travellers should enjoy the same advantages as others in their group. We’ll gladly pair you up with a roommate of the same sex to ensure you get the same price.
